Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as blind boxes and final sale products, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
